Access to the Claritics analytic applications is through a simple web browser. We support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and IE (versions 7 and above).
Claritics application hosting infrastructure is flexible to support both a public cloud and a virtual private cloud model. Access to the application in either case is through the same web-based User Interface.
Claritics base subscription is usually turned on in less than a day. This start time will vary in cases where the analytics needs to cover multiple custom events within the social application.
The Claritics application and data processing architecture is optimized to handle multiple millions of events on a daily basis. Further scalability is built in through load balancing at multiple layers in the product architecture.
Claritics can refresh the analytics once every hour for most customers. Data sourced from social applications that generate more than 100 million rows per day increases this refresh latency.
As Claritics gathers data at the event level, any such outage will not result in your losing your analytics data for the period of the outage.
Claritics provides domain specific (social gaming, social commerce, media, etc.) and deep analytics. We do not restrict our analytics to just visitor traffic, pages visited, campaign links clicked, etc. – but go deeper and process application specific events and related analytics.
Facebook again provides social platform level analytics (how many people visited the app, recommended the app, etc.), whereas Claritics goes deeper into the events and analytics specific to each app hosted on the platform.
