Technology and social monetization veteran to spearhead engineering efforts as company builds next generation of social analytics

A 20-year technology industry veteran with deep expertise in social games and big data analytics, Mr. Shringeri will oversee the company’s engineering team and its efforts to architect the leading social intelligence platform empowering gaming companies and major brands to derive real-time, actionable insights from social analytics.

Shringeri joins the company with an extensive background in social and mobile games, Business Intelligence, data warehousing and analytics apps. Most recently he served as the engineering manager for Tapjoy, a leading mobile applications network. Previously he also worked in the engineering departments at Informatica, the world’s number one independent provider of data integration software, and LucidEra, a pioneering on-demand Business Intelligence solution provider.
At Informatica, Shringeri spearheaded development of the company’s first web-based analytics platform, growing his engineering team from 4 to 40 and in the process developing two key patents—one for value chained queries in analytic applications and another for ranking query optimization in analytic applications. He graduated with an engineering degree in computer science from Mysore University in India.
