On Wednesday, April 25, at the Computer Science Museum in Mountain View, Raj Pai of Claritics and Ju-kay Kwek of Google presented the keynote for the Analytics Cloud Summit. Raj and Ju-kay shared their visions of the future of cloud computing and Big Data in “Fulfilling the Promise of Big Data Analysis in the Cloud.”
The room was packed with hundreds of IT professionals and top business executives from all major organizations. It was great to see how the cloud has pushed the future of tech in all sectors, and how it’s becoming the defacto infrastructure for most companies. Ju-kay opened with by talking about the unlimited opportunity of Google BigQuery, with applications in ad spend attribution, media consulting, ad authoring tools, social gaming, revenue optimization, and much more. The seemingly limitless potential available when user behaviors are understood is on everyone’s mind and, thanks to the cloud, now economically feasible for even the smallest of companies.
Having used BigQuery as part of our stack for quite some time, we can say firsthand that it’s an amazing tool. Since we first launched, we’ve focused on the usability of analytic insights, not the backend infrastructure. Leveraging BigQuery has allowed us to do exactly that: Work towards becoming the leader in real-time actionable user intelligence. Since BigQuery scales automatically, we don’t worry about it. Not at all.
What does that mean for you? It means that we spend nearly 100% of our time developing products that will give you the answers you need to ultimately drive more revenue for your business.
Thanks again to Ju-kay and the Google BigQuery team for letting us share the stage!
